The façades will be claded in “Cobalt Blue” glazed ceramic tiles in the traditional 14x14cm size, the “azulejo” tile is one of the most distinctive marks of the Portuguese culture. Cobalt blue was the primary pigment used in Portuguese blue and white porcelain tiles for centuries, beginning in the late 17th century and driving inspiration from chinese porcelain.
This project features a wide range of apartment sizes, from 65m² one-bedroom apartments to 176 m² three bedrooms, including two large penthouses and two ground-floor apartments with private garden. Interior finishing have combined palette of “Red Lioz” Stone, Ceramics and Built-in furniture and floor-to-ceiling doors in “Chocolat Brown” Valchromat, or MDF Lacquered in white. The floor pavements will feature a unique custom-tailored stone pattern using Red Lioz from historical quarry on 60×60 cm engineered terrazzo tiles.
