Nooba reaches a milestone: the building is now weatherproof

We are pleased to announce a major step forward in the construction of Nooba: the project has reached the weatherproof phase. With the the installation of all windows, the building is now fully protected from the elements, allowing for the fine-tuning of the final details to ensure a flawless result.

Each new stage brings us closer to the delivery of the apartments, which will offer their future residents a privileged living environment thanks to quality amenities such as a swimming pool, an athletics track, a vast landscaped park and leisure areas, all in an environment conducive to social interaction and conviviality just 20 minutes by ferry from the center of Lisbon.

With more than 90% of the apartments in the first two buildings already sold, Nooba is proving to be a very attractive project. We look forward to seeing this vision take shape and soon welcome its first residents.
